Seniorship is not about technologies. Tackling technologies (or rather feeling comfortable with any, even unknown) is a sign of a Junior becoming a Middle. Seniorship is about understanding business, guiding younglings, sharing knowledge, responsibility, desicions, and so on, and so forth.
